Most of these videos are in MicroSoft's ASF format, since it
was the only format that I could find that produces acceptable file sizes AND quality output. They can be played on
Microsoft's MediaPlayer, which is available on
Microsoft's website for
Windows and Mac platforms. If I find a format that offers similar quality without increasing the file sizes that has
more universal support, I'll switch to it. If your web browser tries to stream these files (play them while downloading), it may not work. If that happens, right click on the video you want and choose "Save As" and play it from your hard drive. That should consistently work for anyone with an up-to-date version of Media Player (I was using ver 6.4 when I made the newest video clips). |
